What did you learn on the Aromatherapy course? An understainding of the effects and benefits of aroma oils when used in massage. How to give a complete body massage (head, scalp, neck, back, shoulder) using aroma oils. I aloso gave, under supervision two full body massage using aroma oils. What were the best things about the coures? Most Japanese people only have 1 week vacation from thier jobs, so usually it's impossible to complete a course of study in this time, b ut because this course was only 1 week I could do it! I hado 1:1 tuition from Dana which is the best way to learn. Listening to and communicating with Dana and the clients also really helped my English comprehension and confidence. I was very convenient that the beauty salon was right next to door to SEA. So if I had any problems with the aromatherapy course I could just pop into the school to ask for help. Hello, I am Daniel and I have been studying in SEA in upper-intermediate class but at the beginning I was in intermediate class. There are different students from all around the world so I could meet friends who have different personality and I was fascinating about that. The teachers were very friendly and generous and I really felt that they really cared about their students.I experienced various activities that I have never done before like surfing, kayaking, skydiving and they were amazing because they were so different from the usual school activities. I was living in a Homestay house and I really enjoyed it, they were the best people that I ever met.I hope your experience in Australia will be unforgettable like mine and you will spend a lovely time while you are in Australia.

Hi my name is Felipe and I am from Colombia. I have been studying at SEA for 4 months now. I think it's a really good school because the teachers and staff are really close to the students. I think the teachers organise the activities to suit what the students need and what they want to do. The school is really close to the beach and it's a beautiful location.

Sydney English Academy is an amazing school with friendly and helpful directors and teachers. When I started my fifteen week course my English was only basic and without fluent speaking. During the studies my English improved a lot and I can speak English fluent and without mistakes.One day I had some health problems and I needed help. Susan who is one of the teachers gave me a hand. It was great feeling for me.
Very helpful are afternoon elective classes with interesting topics. Social activities were full of fun and students can help decide what will be a topic of the Social activity. Every Wednesday is Conversation club where students can find out information about schoolmates and teachers.
SEA gave me a lot and I can recommend the school to everyone who wants to study in Australia because SEA is situated in the prettiest part of Sydney in Manly close to the ocean. And the ocean is for me full of inspiration!

I have been studying at the elementary class. When I started the course, I was very worried because it had already been more than 9 years after I studied English at a high school in Japan and I needed to be in an English environment all the time at the school.
However I am enjoying my school life very much now and I can communicate with my classmates and teachers. On Wendnesday afternoon at the ‘Conversation Club’, we can have conversation with the teacher and students who are from different backgrounds. There are very good opportunities to talk to a lot of people from different countries. To understand different cultures is very interesting! My favourite activity is the BBQ at Shelly Beach. It is beautiful beach only a short walk from the school.
